RESET Instagram Email Series

RESET your relationship with Instagram! This email series will deliver thought-provoking and practical prompts straight to your inbox on every weekday of January ✨
One of the things that gets in the way of many writers showing up on Instagram are the narratives you have in your heads about what using the platform looks and feels like.
My conversations with clients often start at a point where they’re feeling stuck, disillusioned or frustrated with Instagram. By the time we finish working together, they’re saying things like:
‘Your class helped me finally internalise that, really, Instagram is just a tool.’
‘This has given me the confidence to use Instagram to promote my ideas and writing.’
‘I found my voice thanks to this course and no longer dread posting in the way I used to.’
‘This gave me a different way to think about Instagram.’
‘I felt like you were by my side, cheering me on.’

In RESET you will receive a selection of my ‘Greatest Hits’, that is, the most impactful exercises and tasks that I use with my clients, in group programmes, workshops, and 1-2-1 sessions.
When they say things like, ‘Instagram doesn’t like me’ or ‘Instagram makes me feel inadequate’ or ‘I don’t know where to start!’ these are the exercises that move them on from feeling lost, frustrated or demoralised.
